Chicken love

Speedy vanished twice from the verandah today. The first time I looked everywhere only to find her sitting on the couch (inside). The next time I found her sitting with Old Boy under a tree. I crouched down and had a chat to old Boy "she's a beautiful looking chicken isn't she? now you take care of her mate, she obviously wants to be with you and keep her out of the mud". I'm not sure how much her heard as he looked like he was taking a nap.
