The brown hen is sitting on eggs at the moment sometimes she gets up for some food or to stretch her legs I guess. This black hen then comes in and keeps the eggs warm for her. Problem is the bitch doesn't like to get off them.I'm beginning to think that Speedy will never sit on her eggs to have babies. Perhaps its because she never had a mother, who knows, maybe she's just not maternal yet.
